How It Works

• Apply below and get approved as a CoachBuddy affiliate.
• Receive your unique referral link, generated and tracked through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
• Share your link with your audience — parents, students, educators, or your community.
• Earn a commission automatically whenever someone makes a qualifying purchase through your link.

Commission Structure

You earn 15% commission on every payment made by a customer you refer — including subscription renewals, for as long as they stay subscribed — across school subject subscriptions, Code Lab, and coding courses. Commission is calculated on the net price, before tax/VAT, not the tax-inclusive total shown at checkout. This is handled automatically by Lemon Squeezy.

Payouts

Commissions are paid out through Lemon Squeezy's affiliate payout system on their standard schedule. Each referred sale is subject to a 30-day holding period before the commission becomes payable, to account for potential refunds. If a referred sale is refunded within that window, the associated commission is automatically voided.

Getting Approved

CoachBuddy's affiliate program is application-based, not open sign-up. We manually review every applicant to make sure their audience and approach are a good fit — this protects both our brand and your reputation as our partner.

Affiliate Agreement

1. Eligibility

You must be approved by CoachBuddy before generating or sharing referral links. Approval may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

2. Commission & Payment

15% of the net (pre-tax) value of every payment made by a referred customer, including recurring subscription renewals for as long as the subscription remains active, paid via Lemon Squeezy subject to its standard affiliate fee and the 30-day payout hold described above.

3. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent partners, not employees, agents, or representatives of CoachBuddy or Lam Ai Software Solutions LLC. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your affiliate earnings.

4. Prohibited Practices

• No spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims about CoachBuddy or its results.
• No bidding on "CoachBuddy" or confusingly similar terms in paid search/social ads without our written permission.
• No self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent purchases to generate commission.

5. Termination

CoachBuddy may suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation at any time, particularly in cases of fraud, brand misrepresentation, or violation of this agreement. Commissions earned prior to termination through legitimate referrals will still be honored.

6. Changes

We may update the commission rate or terms of this program from time to time, with reasonable notice, for future referrals. Referrals already made remain subject to the terms in effect at the time.
