Welcome to CoachBuddy ("CoachBuddy," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Lam Ai Software Solutions LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoachBuddy website (coachbuddy.dev) and application (the "Platform"). By creating an account, registering for a free trial, or purchasing any course, you agree to these Terms.
CoachBuddy is an educational platform intended primarily for students. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use CoachBuddy with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering a student account, the parent/guardian email provided confirms that a parent or guardian is aware of and consents to the student's use of the Platform.
CoachBuddy provides AI-powered tutoring across school subjects, coding courses, a live coding environment ("Code Lab"), and bonus courses (Life Skills, Entrepreneurship). Access to specific content depends on your plan:
We may modify, add to, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering, including student name, age, grade, and parent/guardian email where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at phillippe2000@proton.me; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period. One-time course purchases are billed once and do not recur.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at phillippe2000@proton.me with your order details.
CoachBuddy operates an optional affiliate/referral program, subject to a separate Affiliate Program Agreement. Participation is voluntary and subject to approval. Commissions are calculated and paid according to the terms of that agreement, and may be withheld or voided in cases of refunded, fraudulent, or self-referred purchases.
You agree not to: misuse the Platform to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Platform; share paid account access with individuals outside your immediate household without authorization; or use the Platform in any way that could harm minors or other users.
All course content, materials, the CoachBuddy name, logo, and underlying technology are the property of Lam Ai Software Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any course content.
CoachBuddy is a supplementary educational tool. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or exam results. CoachBuddy is not a substitute for formal schooling, professional tutoring credentials, or certified educational assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lam Ai Software Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
